When Will My Order Be Shipped?

Refunds may be issued back to the original payment (Credit card, debit card, etc) or as store credit. TrueCanna is not responsible for refunds to a Prepaid Card in the event the cardholder no longer has possession of. Please email us at [email protected] for further assistance.

We use USPS Ground and Priority Mail.

Where Do You Ship To?

We ship to all states in the U.S, except Idaho, Louisiana, Nebraska, Oklahoma, and South Dakota, due to their state restrictions. Minnesota is limited to MN-compliant edibles only.

We Are Currently Not Shipping Internationally

Please note: Certain orders will be shipped to the card holder’s verified billing address. If we are unable to verify this address, the order will be canceled without notice.

Late Shipments

We do not guarantee transit times, and shipping fees are non-refundable through us.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the email address provided by you at checkout.

Please do not be alarmed if the delivery confirmation for your package has not been updated in a few days. Tracking numbers will not be activated until the package has been scanned into their systems. Please direct all delivery issues to the carrier you have selected.

Delivery services available on our site offer speedy and reliable service at a low cost. However, they can and will occasionally make mistakes. Unfortunately these errors are out of our control and TrueCanna is not responsible for errors or delays caused by carriers.

Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions

Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier and the customer has paid for the cost to reship the order.
