Take 1 capsule for one day, then do not take for two days, repeat. This is the tried-and-true microdose protocol to bring on the benefits of the extract without developing a tolerance and keeping your system in balance.

With Nebula’s broad spectrum capsules, each dose bears the intention of the Paul Stamets “Tap Test” study (known for its blend of niacin, functional mushrooms and a low dose of magic mushrooms). There is one key difference from the study in that this product does not contain any scheduled substances. Instead, it has a broad spectrum mushroom extract made from the mushroom, with illegal compounds removed during extraction leaving all of the other powerful tryptamines and bioactive compounds from the mushroom fruiting body.

Note: While this is an entheogenic product, taking multiple doses with the intention of tripping is not a good idea. For that intention, try the gummies, chocolates, or pure extracts. While Niacin is safe in greater doses than a single capsule contains, taking 10 capsules might find a person flush and experiencing discomfort as a result.

Extract concentration is nearly 5X the potency of regular mushrooms. So 1 gram extract is equivalent to 5 grams of caps and stems.
